Japan invented a machine that catches
thieves and took it to different countries
for test:
In USA, it caught 500 thieves in 30 mins.
In Spain, it caught 6000 thieves in 20 mins.
In Ghana, it caught 20,000 thieves in 10
mins.
In Uganda, it caught 30,000 thieves in 15
mins.
But in a particular country, the machine
itself was stolen in 5 mins.
Can anyone tell me which country it was?
